Agreement

By creating an account or using Colomred AI Video Studio you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind it. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 16 and give accurate details. You are responsible for your password, for what happens under your account, and for the workspaces you belong to. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to create or distribute unlawful content, or content that sexualises minors, incites violence or infringes the rights of someone else;
• upload material you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass the service or its limits;
• resell or white-label the service without our written agreement;
• use automated means to create accounts or to extract data.

We may suspend a production or an account that breaks these rules.

Your content and your rights

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the masters you generate. You grant us the licence we need to store that content, process it, send it to the model providers you chose and deliver the result back to you. The licence ends when you delete the content, apart from the copies we must keep for legal or backup reasons.

AI-generated output

Output is produced by statistical models from your instructions. It may be inaccurate or incomplete, and it may resemble output generated for someone else. Review it before you publish it. How far rights in generated output can be protected or enforced differs between countries, and we make no promise that it is protectable.

Third-party model providers

Generation runs on providers you connect with your own credentials, and their terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for a provider's availability, its prices, its output or its handling of data. If a provider withdraws a model, we may substitute an equivalent one.

Plans, billing and taxes

Plans, quotas and prices are shown in the app, and may be changed for a future billing period with notice. Fees are charged in advance and are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Your use is limited by the quota of your plan and by the rate guardrails published in the app.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, a provider's outage and events outside our control may interrupt it. We may add, change or remove features; if we discontinue a feature you have paid for, we will offer a pro-rata credit or a refund.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, that we are required to act against, or that is used to harm the service or another person. On termination your right to use the service ends, and the sections on content, disclaimers and liability survive.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude every implied warranty, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output is accurate, original or fit for your purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost content, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [governing jurisdiction], whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction — without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A material change is announced in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
